Note: Just follow these steps:
Step 1: WPForms Pro Installation
WPForms Pro should be installed on the WordPress website.
This version includes access to the Zapier addon, which allows integration with other apps like Google Sheets.
Step 2: Install the Zapier Addon
To connect Google Sheets with WPForms, you’ll need the Zapier addon. Please visit the link to purchase it, then install it and follow the steps below.
Step 3: Create a Zap in Zapier
Go to Zapier
 and log into your account.
Click Create Zap (manual creation).
In the Trigger App, search for and select WPForms.
Choose the event: New Form Entry.
Connect your WPForms site by entering:
The API Key
The Website URL
Select the specific form you want to integrate.
Step 4: Connect Google Sheets
In the Action App, search for and select Google Sheets.
Choose the event: Create Spreadsheet Row.
Sign into your Google account to give Zapier access.
Select the target spreadsheet and worksheet.
Map the WPForms fields (Name, Email, Message, etc.) to the corresponding columns in the sheet.
Step 5: Test the Integration
Submit a test entry in your form.
Zapier will send the data to the selected Google Sheet.
If everything looks correct, click Publish Zap or Turn Zap On.
✅ Final Result
Every time a user submits the form on the website, a new row is automatically added to the connected Google Sheet.
No manual data entry is needed.
Data is saved in real-time and can be shared, filtered, or analyzed.

This plugin sends all the data of WPForms (submissions/ entries) as per the fields of Google Sheets, on form submission, that data is also sent to Google Sheets.
As the visitor provides their information on your site, upon the form submission the data will instantly be sent to Google Sheets. In this way, you can create clear and simplified data over Google Sheets.
