The GiveWP Fee Recovery add-on works with a variety of payment gateways and has per-form settings so you can toggle it on and off wherever you’d like.

GLOBAL AND PER GATEWAY OPTIONS
Fee Recovery is very flexible. You can set global Fee Recovery options and then additionally customize the fees per gateway and per form. This means that you have as much control as you need over your fees at the form level, per-gateway, and per form level. You also can select whether the donor chooses to opt-in to the fee recovery or whether it is automatic. Naturally, you can customize the messages for each of those options globally and per form and per gateway as well.
